Let's Work Together
Send us your music, and let us provide the professional expertise to turn your work into a release-ready product. We aim to make the process easy, safe, and inspiring from start to finish. Tell us about your project, your vision and your goals, and share your tracks with us so we can engage and make sure we fully understand your creative direction.
Once we receive your files, we will review everything carefully and follow up with you to confirm that all is in place and ready to move forward. Once everything is clear, both technically and creatively, we will schedule your project and provide you with the expected turnaround time.
We keep in contact throughout the process. If any questions come up, technical or creative, before or during mixing or mastering, we will stay in touch and keep the dialogue going.

Mixing and Mastering: Common Questions and Answers
Preparing your session properly helps us to focus fully on bringing your production to life. Here is a simple checklist to make sure everything is ready:
Consolidate your stems Export each track from the same starting point so they line up correctly when imported. Even if a vocal or sound starts at 0:35, export it with silence before that point. Most DAWs allow you to bounce all tracks from the same start and end time in one go.
Label everything clearly Good labelling makes for a smooth and well-organized mix session. We recommend numbering your tracks followed by a short description, like: 01_Kick_in 02_Kick_out 03_Snare_top 04_Snare_bottom
05_OH_L 06_OH_R
..Etc.
Remove processing, unless it is essential Turn off any non-essential effects like reverb, delay, or heavy compression. If a certain sound relies on those effects to work, feel free to leave them in, or even better, send both a dry and a wet version so we have options.
Convert MIDI or virtual instruments to audio Please bounce all MIDI or virtual instruments to WAV files, this ensures we hear exactly what you intended, without relying on plugins or settings we may not have.
Check your levels Avoid clipping. None of the individual tracks should be peaking above 0 dB, ideally leave a bit of headroom. A clean signal gives us the most flexibility to work with.
Include a "rough mix" and reference tracks (optional but helpful) Like we discuss in the Approach section, if you have a "rough mix" or songs you would like your track to sound or feel like, send them over. References help us understand your creative direction and desired sonic landscape.
Double-check before sending A good practice is to revisit the points listed about, and check them off when you are getting ready to send your tracks for mixing.
If you have any questions, please let us know!
We usually use www.filemail.com or www.wetransfer.com to send and receive large files and projects. After exporting/bouncing your individual tracks, zip all the files into one folder. Go to Filemail or Wetransfer and upload your Zip folder as instructed, enter our e-mail as the recipient and transfer the files.
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the project, but typically:
Mixing: 2–4 business days per song
Mastering: 1–2 business days We always aim to deliver high-quality work on time, and we’ll confirm your timeline up front. If you're on a tight deadline, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Absolutely. We believe mixing and mastering is a collaborative process, and our goal is to help you realise your vision. We offer unlimited revisions, and encourage you to share detailed feedback.
For the best sound quality and flexibility during the mixing or mastering process, we recommend that you export your audio files at the bit depth and sample rate that you recorded the session in. Here is a quick guide to help you choose the right settings for your recordings:
Use 24-bit when:
You are recording, editing, or producing your music
You want more dynamic range and headroom (less chance of digital distortion)
24-bit audio contains more detail and allows for cleaner processing during mixing and mastering. It is the industry standard for professional audio production.
Use 16-bit when:
You are exporting the final, mastered version for CD duplication
You need a file that is compatible with older systems or lower storage space
You are preparing audio for a specific format that requires 16-bit (e.g., DDP for CD)
CDs use 16-bit/44.1kHz audio, so if you are delivering a final master for CD manufacturing, it must be in 16-bit.
32-bit float audio files offer even greater dynamic range than 24-bit, theoretically infinite, and they don’t clip in the same way 24-bit files do. This makes them especially useful in certain scenarios, like:
Field recording or location sound, where you might have unexpected volume spikes
Live recording situations where you can't monitor levels closely
Editing/mastering workflows where preserving the absolute cleanest signal is essential
Sample Rate:
44.1 kHz is the standard for most music releases and digital streaming platforms
48 kHz is the standard in the film, TV, and video industry. If your project is intended for video or multimedia, using 48 kHz is the best choice
88.2 kHz or 96 kHz are also perfectly fine, especially if your session was originally recorded at a higher rate
There is no need to convert or “upsample” your files. For example, changing a 44.1 kHz recording to 96 kHz. This does not improve sound quality and may create technical issues. Simply send your files in the format they were recorded in. If you are unsure about your settings or need help checking them, feel free to send your files as they are, we are happy to take a look and assist if needed.
You will receive your final files as high-quality WAV files (typically 24-bit, 44.1kHz or higher depending on the source material). We can also provide AAC or MP3 versions for easy sharing, and other formats upon request.
If you need alternate versions like instrumentals, clean edits, or TV mixes, just let us know in advance and we will include those as well.
